3. Items sold is not exchangeable, refundable or returned. No worry, all the items sold are absolutely new and in good condition.
4. We shall not responsible for any unforeseen item damage caused during delivery.
5. Color for the items displayed in the site might be slightly different from the final product due to online setting & photographing.
6. No COD (Cash on delivery) service is available.
7. Postage of the items will be determined by the weight of your item. We will inform the shipping costs after received your order.

Way of Order

3. We will try to reply the e-mail within 24-48 hours (pls bear with us as we are working adult & tend to be extremely busy in working hour). We will inform the shipping charges in the reply.
4. Payment (online transfer, bank-in) to our CIMB account. Details as below:

Account no.: 0709-0050301-52-9
5. If there are any excess fund, e.g. for payment of RM75, you might need to bank-in RM80 in the bank cash deposit machine (as only accept minimum RM10 note). Don’t worry, we will transfer the remaining money to you through online banking.
6. Payment must be made within 3 days from confirmation mail from us. Any failure to do so, we would need to release the item(s) for sale again.
7. All items will be delivered within 2 days after payment has been done. We will use Post Laju 0r Pos Express.
